Me too, especially the fact it is a modal dialog.  I was always doing ctrl-A ctrl-C alt-F4 Ctrl-F3 ctrl-V (copying in a stantard untitled procedure window)

The Code Viewer is nice guy for the options it has on right-click, but I would not use it to replace code preview.

Indeed (and I hope are aware of the following trick), with ABHack just press ctrl-Alt-E and you get the full generated code (as the file is saved on disk) in a separate standard Procedure Editor Window (resizable), and not read-only (expect if you are using RoundTable that finds out your object is already open...)
    => This is very convenient to do global replacements.

Done for next release.

I was aware of this problem (limited to OE 10) and I had already removed it a long time ago from the Code Viewer that comes with the enhanced POV
