This is on my list of things to do something about. Basically, normal
Sequential Sections process just one row. They reject all but the first row.
Actually, you did see this phenomenon in one of the exercises (simple nested
reports) during the course you attended here recently.

For what you are attempting, the easiest fix is to override NewAfter() in
the Group Section to instantiate the type of frame you require.
