How many files in a folder?

I have a report that builds an excel file and uploads that file into the encyclopedia into a users home folder.  With the desktop navigator I can see all 191 files.  With Active Portal (.NET) I only see the first 148 files with no indication of a link to a page 2.

Is there a setting I need to set so that the Active Portal will show all the files?
