Text in an enabled read-only editor widget is not grey.

Read-only makes the text grey and much less legible.  I have that now -
and the users are not happy with it.

10 years ago users were happy when you gave them a Progress application.
Not any more :-(

And I have another entire Progress GUI application that needs to be
modernized and I have no idea where to begin.
