RE: The Bin Laden Tape

Anybody seen an official statement on when it is thought the tape was
made?  From reading the transcript it appears to have been made on or
around November 30.  There is a reference to being in the month of
Ramadan, which goes from new moon to new moon, and a reference to going
to the meeting at night during a full moon.  That would make it Nov. 30.
