Delta df does not contain an area info for objects that already exist in db.
New objects can be put into "quarantine" area. They are empty so they can be
moved easily to another area after appropriated analysis. The analysis can
be partially programed. For example, new index of an existent table can be
stored where other indeces of the same table are resided in.
