That corrects the issue.  But it does seem odd ... The previous
line-feed was happening mid-content stream.  That is:

bgcolor=#EFEFEF 

Would become

Bgcolor=#EFEF
EF

Adding this does fix the issue but I still find it very odd that this
happens?
