Primary (nearly stupid, actually) questions about JavaXProgress

Hi, everyone!

I'd like to know if anyone could provide me with simple examples of
how to run Progress programs from Java (i'm using eclipse), and on a
second request, how to pass/return a temp-table (not an SDO) to/from a
progress session.
