DRP Demand

Regarding implmentation of DRP:

We are tyring to figure out how to best load intersite demand into MFGPRO 
DRP receiving site. The documentation says that "forecast is not consumed by 
intersite requests".

What does this mean, and how should the receiving site enter demand so that 
it is "automagically" consumed?
