Yes, profiling can create *very* large files.  An "rpf" file is a
profiler file.

The 4gl client cannot create files greater than 2GB.

You can use various SESSION attributes to turn profiling on and off
and focus on the portions that are most interesting to you instead
of taking the whole session.
