Server Specs

Hello Everyone,

I need some info please.  I need to set up a web/app server for a new
installation.  This server will connect to a unix progress database
server (existing server).  There will be around 400 users eventually
using this system.  I need some server specs for the new server. Any
ideas or configurations would be greatly appreciated.  The most
important details are:

Hard Disk Size
Memory
CPU (or CPU's)
OS (Thinking of using SUSE Linux version 9 or 10).
